Một tháng trở lại đây, công ty tôi có hai nhân viên thường xuyên nghỉ việc mà không báo cáo, có khi đến làm một lúc rồi đi... khiến công việc chung bị ảnh hưởng.

Tôi muốn chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động nhưng không biết làm thế có đúng luật không. Điều kiện để chấm dứt hợp đồng lao động là gì?
