Tôi thấy nhiều xe thô sơ chở hàng quá nhiều tới mức tiềm ẩn nguy cơ gây tai nạn giao thông.

Tôi muốn hỏi theo quy định, xe thô sơ được chở hàng có trọng lượng tối đa bao nhiêu và kích thước hàng hóa đặt lên xe rộng và dài thế nào?
